Application:
The polymer oil shear stability tester is made according to the requirements of the SH / T0103 and ASTM D6278. The shear stability of polymer oil was measured by the change of viscosity by cutting the finished oil or viscosifier with a diesel nozzle shear stability tester.
Feature:
The instrument meets SH / T0103-92 and ASTM D6278 "Determination of Shear Stability of Polymer Oil".
The accuracy of testing standard samples with this instrument is ≥98%. The test method uses the standard oil provided by the manufacturer for an experiment, and the viscosity drop value meets the requirements of SH / T0103-92 between 2.75 and 2.85.
Repeatability error requirements of the instrument: the difference between the two test results obtained by the same operator using the same instrument on the same sample under the same operating conditions for repeated measurements cannot be greater than 1.05%
The nozzle used in the instrument adopts the DN 8 S 2 type pin plug nozzle imported from Germany.
Diesel double plunger jet pump: Bosch PE2A90 imported from Germany
Pressure gauge: imported shockproof 0-40MPa
Thermometer: display accuracy ± 0.1 ºC.
Equipped with time relay to control the working time of diesel double plunger injection pump.
Users can be equipped with a low-temperature circulating water cooling system according to requirements, the temperature is within ± 5 ºC.
