I.Fume hood material and structure
1,Main frame:The left and right side panels, the front steel plate, the back panel, the top plate and the lower cabinet body are all made of (bare) 1.0mm thick Maanshan Iron and Steel first-grade cold-rolled galvanized steel sheet, which is cut by a fully automatic CNC laser cutting machine. The bending adopts a fully automatic CNC bending machine for one-time integral bending and forming, and the sprayed surface is automatically sprayed by epoxy resin static current water line.
2,Lining board\ deflector board: the solid core anti-fold special board (5mm thick) has good corrosion resistance and chemical resistance. The deflector board fixing parts are made of PP high-quality material in one piece.
3,Moving window: 5mm high-quality tempered glass, door opening height is 700mm, free lifting, sliding door up and down sliding device adopts elevator counterweight structure, stepless and arbitrary stop, sliding door guide device is made of corrosion-resistant polyvinyl chloride material. The sliding door handle is made of PP in one piece. Next to the sliding door is a chemical-resistant plastic wrap. The opening and closing of the sliding door are equipped with rubber buffer devices.
4,The front of the fume hood is all glass windows with a good visual range. The deflector and the lining material are the same, and the deflector bracket is made of non-metallic materials.
5,Lower cabinet: The countertop is made of Hanrui technology ceramic board (15mm thick), which is resistant to acid and alkali, impact resistance and corrosion. The cabinet body adopts the cabinet-type storage box design, which is convenient for sorting and storing various chemicals.
6,Connection part: All internal connection devices need to be hidden and arranged to resist corrosion. There are no exposed screws.
The external connection devices are resistant to chemical corrosion, with stainless steel parts and non-metallic materials wrapped in PVC.
7,Exhaust outlet: The exhaust outlet is round and connected by sleeves to reduce gas turbulence.
