ASTM D1275:Standard Test Method for Corrosive Sulfur in Electrical Insulating Liquids
This corrosive sulfur analyzerinstrument is manufactured as per SH/T0304 electrical insulation oil corrosion sulfur test method and applicable to determine the corrosion sulfur content in electrical insulation oil refined from petroleum product.

Product Description
Transformer oil corrosive sulfur analyzer is designed and manufactured according to the standard SH/T0304-1999 "Electrical Insulating Oil Corrosive Sulfur Test Method".This equipment is suitable for qualitative analysis of corrosive sulfur in transformer oil, and normally adopts copper corrosion detector to test.

Transformer oil contains some substances that can cause corrosion under certain using conditions. And Transformer Oil Corrosive Sulfur Analyzer is used to detect the two kinds of non ideal impurities: free sulfur and corrosive sulfur.

In many situations, transformer oil is exposed to corrosive metals.Due to the existence of harmful corrosive sulfide,it can cause corrosion of these metals.

The extent of corrosion depends on the amount, type, time and temperature of the corrosive substances. So in order to detect of these non ideal impurities, can not use the quantitative method, but a method of identification of hazardous substances.

8. Hot air circulation system is composed of imported original fans and advanced air ducts which can operate continuously at high temperature.
9. Independent temperature limiting alarm system, automatically cut-off if exceed the limit temperature , to ensure the safe operation of the experiment without accidents (optional).
