The Double Stage Transformer Oil Filter Machine undergoes rigorous quality control tests to make it devoid of all defects. 

The machine is mainly used for electric power department and industries to deal with various oils

 such as transformer oil, mutual oil, switch oil, dielectric oil and so on. It also can be used for filtration of more than 110KV substation live line work on site. 

Meanwhile, as the bridge-type vacuum linking system, 

Series ZYD oil purifier can be used as independent vacuum source with functions of vacuum drying and vacuum oiling   

 

Where is the series ZYD-I-S used?

This Double-stage Continuous On-Site Transformer Oil Treatment Plant Is Applied for Purifying the Insulation Oil in all kinds of large Power equipment, which Voltage larger than 110kv, altitude larger than 500M.

 

Application:
ZYD-I-S is movable trailer type transformer oil regeneration system easily move for long distance. It is specially designed for on site use to completely regenerate insulating oils in energized or de-energized transformers. It not only provides regular oil purification including degassing, drying and particulate removal but also removes acidity, sludge, other soluble oil decay products, and improves color.
