There are many manufacturing industries that create oil-containing wastewater. It is
TPCY oily wastewater treatment equipment can effectively remove floating oil, dispersed
oil and mechanical emulsified oil in sewage. When the equipment is running, its
performance will not be affected by the oil content in wastewater, and it can also adapt to
the particle impurity in the water. The water treated by TPCY deoiling equipment contains
less than 10mg/l of oil and 1% of particulate matter, which can meet the standard of direct
discharge and reuse. For the dispersed oil in the wastewater with the form of micro-oil
particles, treated by the coalescence and separation treatment of this machine, it can
achieve incomparable excellent results in the chemical oil removal.
After the oily wastewater enters the treatment tank, the thick oil drops float up and
separate from the water because of the different proportion of water and oil, thus forming
a oil layer of certain thickness on the liquid surface in the grease trap.
The oil is collected in the oil storage tank of the equipment by the belt of the oil floating
absorber (the belt has the characteristics of lipophilicity and hydrophobicity, high oil
absorption rate, fast oil absorption, and not only does it absorb oil on the surface, but it
can also absorb oil in the deep layer). And then the oil is further separated in the separation chamber. Then the purified oil is pumped to a recovery tank or tanker, and the water from the separation chamber is discharged to an oil wastewater treatment tank by an automatic drain valve.
After being pretreated by the floating oil absorber, the oil wastewater is conveyed by the
oil-water mixture centrifugal pump into the pipeline filter to filter out the large particles in
the oil liquid. After being purified, the oil wastewater is provided with a dosing device
(standby) through the pipeline mixer. Then according to the water quality and the oil
emulsion, we choose the suitable medicament, which mainly performs the functions of
flocculation, demulsification, sterilization and so on, and it brings a very ideal effect for
the later treatment (you can choose to add the medicament or not according to the water
quality) . The oily wastewater with a certain pressure head enters the shell from the
entrance of the oil wastewater treatment device. Then it first passes through the
honeycomb-like polymer filter group, and because of the different gravity of the oil and
water, the oil droplets in the water gradually coalesce inside the honeycomb-like filter and
float up the inclined tube to the top oil collecting chamber. But the impurities are retained
by the honeycomb-like polymer filter material, thus prolonging the service life of the
coalescing filter core and the micro-oil filter. The wastewater containing tiny oil particles
enters the precision coalescence separation chamber through a connecting pipe. It first
enters the coalescence filter core for demulsification, interception, impaction, affinity,
coagulation and adsorption. The tiny emulsified oil particles are condensed into large oil
drops and float to separate. After that, the wastewater containing the tiny oil particles
enters the micro oil adsorption filter core, and the oil particles are captured by the filter
core, condensed on the surface of the filter core and float to separate into large oil drops.
When the separated oil is collected in the oil collecting chamber, the oil layer coalesces to
a certain thickness, then the oil-water interface switch will automatically start the oil
drainage pump, and the oil will be discharged to the designated position.
After being treated, the wastewater has basically reached the national discharge standard.
And then it continues to enter the final activated Carbon adsorption unit under the
pressure. With the loose and porous structure characteristics, the activated Carbon will
absorb and purify the micro-suspended solids and sludge in the wastewater in the case of
slow flow by the excellent adsorption capacity of the activated Carbon, so that the final
drainage water quality can meet the national discharge standards and transfer to the
water collection tank.
The filter element is made of Circular Cylinder Filter Element that is made of
polypropylene polymer material, so the pore diameter of the filter element is smaller than
0.03 mm. The filter element has good oil absorption and desorption performance for oil,
and a good degrade dredge property to water with both a considerable oil resistance and
a very small water resistance. When the oil-containing water passes through it, the oil
drops in the water will be adsorbed on the surface of the filter core, and coalesce into
larger oil drops, then they float up and separate from the water by the force of gravity, and
after that, the primary separation of oil and water is completed with the oil content in the
water below 20PPm. At the same time, the filter fiber forms a kind of ultra-fine Mesh,
which can also play a role in filtering the mechanical impurities in the water. The precise
coalescing separation technology is made by special nano-technology synthesis filter
membrane with the pore diameter less than 0.015 mm, which is used for coalescing the
free oil in water and filtering the emulsified oil in wastewater. Thus the oil content in the
treated water is less than 10 MG/L and its service life is longer. The oil in the water after
coalescence separation will be deeply separated, so that the oil content in the water will be no more than 10 mg/l to make the oil content in the discharged water reach the
standard.
A water interface switch is installed in the il collecting chamber of the oil-water separation
device. The level in the oil collecting chamber is set by the water-oil interface. When the
level reaches the set point, there will be a signal, and the oil pump will be automatically
start by the control box and send the oil to the tank car. However when the oil level is
below the set point, it will automatically stop.
There is a micro-opening safety valve installed on the outlet pipeline of the oil-mixed-water
centrifugal pump. When the equipment pressure is too high and exceeds the stabilizing
point of the safety valve due to the pipe blockage or other reasons, the overflow port of the
safety valve is connected, and the wastewater returns to the oil wastewater treatment
tank.
The FYJ oil slick absorber on the sewage back to the oily sewage treatment tank uses the action of the suction device to form a difference in the liquid level outside the oil slick collection cylinder that is higher than the liquid level in the collection cylinder, which can make the oil slick collection cylinder properly submerged in the water surface during work to form an overflow layer that overflows from the outside of the collection cylinder to the inside of the collection cylinder. When the waves are small, the thickness of the overflow layer remains basically stable, so that the slick oil flows continuously along the overflow layer into the collection cylinder, realizing high-efficiency and low-energy-consumption oil slick collection. No matter whether there are waves or not, no matter whether the flow rate changes, the overflow layer always exists and the collection process is always established. Moreover, by changing the flow rate, the thickness of the overflow layer can be changed to adapt to the increasingly thinning oil slick layer, so as to minimize energy consumption and maximize efficiency.
When the back wash unit and the filter element on the oily wastewater treatment device
are blocked, there will be an alert of the differential pressure change signal. After a period
of use, if the filter element or the filter system is blocked, the sound and light alarm will
automatically issues to remind you of replacing the filter element or opening the flush
valve to clean filtration system.
The system device adopts PLC automatic control, so it can realize online unattended
continuous operation.
