Total Sulfur Tester by Ultraviolet Fluorescence
(KMA-2000 Model)
Product Introduction
KMA-2000 sulfur tester by ultraviolet fluorescence is the most advanced domestic sulfur synchronous tester at present. It is widely applied to test sulfur content in liquid, solid and gas samples.
It adopts ultraviolet fluorescence method to test total sulfur content. The system critical parts adopts imported components to guarantee a reliable performance.
This instrument is applicable for sulfur content in paraffin oil, diesel, gasoline, lubricating oil, fuel oil, liquefied gas and natural gas, and other oil products, chemical raw materials or finished products.
Applicable standards: GB/T 17010, SH/T 0689, ASTM D5453-93, ASTM D1619.
Working Principle
This tester adopts ultraviolet fluorescence method. The sulfide therein is transformed into SO2. The sample gas goes through film dryer to be dehydrated and then into the reaction chamber.Exposed in UV, SO2 generates a spectrum of special wavelength which is detected and received by photomultiplier. The emissive fluorescence intensity in direct proportion to the sample sulfur content. After microcurrent amplification and computer data processing, it can be transformed into electric signal which is in direct
proportion to the light intensity. The sulfur content can be calculated by testing its value.
