Fuel Filter Clogging Tendency Analyzer TP-127
A certain amount of sample is passed through a specific filter membrane at a constant rate (20 mL/min) and the pressure difference between the front and back of the filter and the volume of sample passing through the filter are measured until the pressure applied to the filter reaches 105 kPa or the volume of fuel passing through the filter reaches 300 mL, which is used to calculate the filter blocking tendency (FBT).
BN-127 Fuel Filtration Blocking Tendency Tester is suitable for fuels with kinematic viscosity in the range of 1.3mm2/s~6.00mm2/s at 40ºC, including middle-check distillate fuels and liquid fuels, such as biodiesel, biodiesel blended fuels, etc.
This instrument is designed and manufactured in strict accordance with NB/SH/T 0895-2015 and ASTM D2068, which fully conforms to the testing principle and testing procedure of the standard and can automatically complete the whole testing process.
- Embedded computer with full Chinese interface and touch screen control, which can real-time show the method parameters and test data.
- High-precision specimen temperature sensor and pressure sensor, equipped with over-pressure protection function.
- Efficient and fast database function for easy access and use of saved experimental results.
- The instrument can be connected to a laboratory LMS system and the results can be printed in real time by connecting an external printer via USB.
