It has the most simplified operation, adjustable vibration frequency, and can hold three-volume graduated cylinders. The tap density or bulk density (called loose density in some industrial fields) is defined as the mass of the sample divided by its volume. This volume includes the sample itself, the sample pores and the sample gap volume. The powder density tester is composed of components such as an adjustable speed motor, a vibrating component, a microcomputer and a micro printer. And the instrument has the characteristics of compact structure, firmness and simple operation.

Technical principle data:
The graduated cylinder containing powder or particles is fixed on the mechanical vibration device, and the vibration motor drives the mechanical vibration device to vibrate vertically. The graduated cylinder containing powder or particles vibrates with the rhythm of the mechanical vibration device, as the number of vibrations increases, the powder or particles in the graduated cylinder gradually tapped. After the number of vibrations reaches the set number of times, the mechanical vibrating device stops vibrating and reads the volume of the graduated cylinder. According to the definition of density: divide the mass by the volume to find the density of the powder or particle after tapping.

Steps:
There are two vibration modes of the tap density tester: Continue mode (vibrating until the power is turned off) or Counter mode (vibrating to the set number of times and then stop), please select before operation.

Operation of Continue mode:
1. Turn the speed control button of the machine to the O position and connect the machine to the control box and then plug it into the designated power supply.
2. Adjust the height scale to the predetermined filling height. Just loosen the height adjustment button and rotate the filling base to lock the adjustment button with a tool.
3. Put the filler into the measuring cylinder, and fix the measuring cylinder with a fixing ring.
4. Select the vibration mode continue.
5. Turn on the power button, turn the speed control button to the proper speed, press the start button once, and the machine will start to move.
6. At this time, the machine will keep vibrating until the power is turned off.

Operation of Counter mode:
1. Turn the speed control button of the machine to the O position and connect the machine to the counting control box and then plug it into the designated power supply.
2. Adjust the height scale to the predetermined filling height. Just loosen the height adjustment button and rotate the filling base to lock the adjustment button with a tool.
3. Put the filler into the measuring cylinder, and fix the measuring cylinder with a fixing ring.
4. Select the vibration mode Counter.
4. Set the number of vibrations of the counting button (0-999 times), turn on the power button, rotate the speed control button to the appropriate speed, press the start button, the machine will start to move, and the number of vibrations will automatically accumulate at this time; when automatic. When the number of automatic accumulation reaches the preset number, the machine will automatically cut off the power to stop filling.
5. Turn off the power again and restart it again. At this time, the machine will restart. If you want to continue the measurement, please repeat the above actions.
