The digital display whiteness meter uses the principle of photoelectric conversion, and adopts an analog-to-digital conversion circuit to measure the radiance energy value reflected by the surface of the sample. After signal amplification, A/D conversion, and data processing, it finally displays the corresponding whiteness value. It is mainly suitable for whiteness measurement of white and near-white objects or powder surfaces. The whiteness value consistent with the visual sensitivity can be accurately obtained. The whiteness formula is: blue light whiteness WB=R457. Illumination conditions comply with the provisions of GB/T 3978 45/0
