Application

COP-W series is fully enclosed type vacuum cooking oil separator machine, equipped with weather-proof, dust and water resistant metal enclosure. It is mainly used to purify UCO used cooking oil, vegetable oil, KFC oil, edible oil, rape oil, sesame oil, peanut oil,coconut oil, beam oil, kitchen oil, bio-diesel oil, plant oil, wood oil etc. It is an ideal purification machine for biodiesel factory, soap factory, animal feed factory etc. It effectively removes particles, water, gases and alcohol etc from the oil.


Features

1. Suitable for both indoor and ourdoor use; weather-proof and dust-proof.
2. It removes impurities, water, alcohol etc from oil completely and effectively by degassing, dehydration and filtering.
3.Mainly composed of filters and vacuum system. All process works under vacuum condition. 
4.We uses stainless steel filter element which has good anti-corrosion performance, high filtration precision and long service life, with big impurities holding capacity. 
5. The unique degas and dewater system can separate the trace water, soluble water and gas from the oil quickly by the Multi-level water-oil separation technology.
