TY-20 Turbine Oil Purifier is particularly suitable for purifying turbine lubricating oil. It also applys to treat hydraulic, coolant oil and other lubrication in which contains large amount of water, vapor, impurities, sludge, dielectric and colloid

It can eliminate them effectively and efficiently. TY series will result in the improvement of the properties of turbine oil, other lubrication and extend the maintenance period of turbine or other equipment which has lubrication system and keep them operated in good condition

Product Description
TY turbine oil purifier series is developed by vacuum evaporation technology, coacervation technology, coalescing technology, separating engineering technology and refined purification technology. It can eliminate water, gas, impurities, colloid, dielectric etc. Rapidly and effectively in high vacuum situation and make the waste oil renewed

Turbine or other equipments which has lubrication system need be replaced frequently because of vapor, water and other impurities mixed with it. Otherwise, oil deterioration would result in breakdown of machinery or affect the normal running of machinery

TY series can effectively extend the lifetime of oil and protect turbine and other machinery which has lubrication system from damage

Features:

1. With special polymeric materials as filter medium and vacuum separating technology, the filtration machine can rapidly and efficiently break emulsification and remove water, gas and impurities from oil to make the oil's clean.
2. On-line filtration can be carried out with turbine or water turbine.
3. Duplex stereo flash evaporation technology
4. Temperature controller to protect the machine.
5. Multi-stage precision filtration system; Mesh filtration combined with molecule adsorption technology.
6. Efficient heating system to make heating uniformity and decrease power consumption.
7. Installed oil-level floating ball and double-infrared liquid level automatic controller to control the oil level and avoid the oil leaking.
8. Equipped with pressure protective system and interlocked protective system to connect oil pump, heater and liquid level controller. If there has any fault, this oil filtering machine will be power off automatically.



Special features:

This Oil Purifier can remove contamination down to less than 5 micron, water content down to 60 PPM, air & gases down to 0.1% and lower oxidised molecules of oil from turbine oils.

Removal of free and emulsified water prevents formation of varnish and bacteria. Turbine oil is 98% base oil and it has approximately 2% additives. By keeping the oil free from water and contamination down to less than a micron, TY Series Oil Purification Systems protects the turbine oil additives, which can then continue to perform their essential functions for a very long time thereby increasing oil life tremendously.
