Technical Features

1. Observation windows with built-in lighting are installed on both the front door and rear wall of the machine.
2. Top-mounted oil storage chamber with automatic liquid level sensor control, allowing external monitoring and preset adjustments of oil volume.
3. Atomization separation tower performs vacuum degassing, dehydration, and drying of insulation oil in the storage chamber to ensure compliance with standards.
4. Oil injection solenoid valves individually correspond to three high-voltage workpieces for vacuum oil injection, enabling manual independent control.
5. Fuzzy logic-based heating system (replacing traditional point control) extends equipment lifespan and reduces power grid impact.
6. In order to facilitate the refilling of oil in the low-level oil barrel, this machine can not only supply oil through the switching valve, but also has an oil supply pump.
7. Water-cooling system ensures continuous long-term operation of the unit.
