TYD High Water Content Oil Purifier  (TYD-50)

Application
TYD series vacuum oil purifier is specially designed to treat high water content oils such as lubricant oil, crude oil, engine oil, hydraulic oil, turbine oil, fuel oil, diesel oil, freezing machine oil as well as other cooking oils which require removing large amount of water and filtering impurities.
According to the oil's nature of high water content, TYD machine is equipped with a high effective vacuum dehydration system with high capacity to separate a lot of water from the oil. This machine can not only remove the mass water, but also remove trace water and impurities with high precision. It adopts technology of film evaporation and molecule evaporation. So it is easy to break the emulsification. The treated oil is limpidity.

2. The film evaporation and molecule evaporation technology is of lifetime service(above 20 years), which avoids the periodic demulsifying filter replacement and also reduces the cost of purification and work intensity.
3. With strong impurities removing capability, its automatic backwash filter element can remove large mount of impurities. Large area deep level precision filtration material can remove the granules from the oil, serving as displacement of oil system cleaning device, which brings serious contaminated oil system back to within the "Serving Steam Turbine Oil Contamination Control Standard".
4. High automation, small size, safe and reliable. The machine adopts infrared liquid level automatic control device to achieve the man-machine detachment, which makes the operation simpler and more reliable.
