TP-5000C Fully automatic microcomputer Oxygen Bomb Calorimeter

The repeatability and reproducibility for calorific value testing of this instrument is better than requirements in standards GB/T 384 Determination of Calorific Value Of Petroleum Products and GB/T213-2008 Determination Method Of Calorific Value Of Coal. It is mainly composed of constant temperature calorimeter system and single chip microcomputer control system etc, and is a supermatic calorimeter which is automatically controlled by single chip microcomputer system and can carry out data processing. This instrument is mainly applied for calorific value testing of combustible materials such as coal, petroleum, chemicals, food, wood, explosives etc. When testing out the calorific value of bomb, at the same time it gives out the corresponding high and net calorific powers.

Features
  1. Advanced SCM with simple structure, reliable performance and high disturbance resistance.
  2. No need of weighing water and adjusting the water temperature to reduce work intensity and improve measuring precision. It can automatically add water, discharge water, stir, ignite, acquire temperature, calculate, calibrate, print. The testing process achieved fully automation to avoid operative error.
  3. It automatically cools down and calibrate. Testing environment requirement is low. It improves testing environment accuracy at the same time ensures the long time stability of instrument.
