X fluorescence oil sulfur analyzer is a special X fluorescence analyzer developed and manufactured to meet the needs of sulfur content detection in oil products. It adopts the principle of energy dispersion, a microcomputerized design of electromechanical integration, and the analysis is fast and accurate. Its repeatability and reproducibility are in line with the relevant requirements of the national standards GB/T 17040 and GB 11140, and it also fully meets the requirements of the more stringent American National Standard D 4294-03, which is the sulfur content in the crude oil or petrochemical production process. Detection provides an important means. The instrument itself is green and environmentally friendly, and its price is only a fraction of that of imported instruments.
Performance characteristics
1. The fluorescence intensity ratio analysis method is adopted to detect a wide variety of samples, with 12 standard samples, wide range, fast analysis speed, and low sample consumption.
2. Adopt electromechanical integrated microcomputer design, liquid crystal display, operation interface man-machine dialogue, automatic diagnosis function, judging the working status and electrical parameters of the instrument, automatic correction of temperature and air pressure, and the ratio of carbon to hydrogen (C/H) can also be corrected.
3. The disposable Mylar membrane sample cup is used to avoid cross-contamination.
4. The instrument has a standard serial communication RS-232C interface, which can realize communication with a computer.
5. Safe X-ray protection measures have been strictly tested by the Shanghai Institute of Preventive Medicine, and there will be no X-ray electric radiation damage to individuals and groups.
6. National exempt products.
7. The biggest feature of this instrument is: the minimum test index is 7ppm, it is equipped with 12 calibration (calibration) samples, different curves are automatically selected according to different oil samples, and it is equipped with reliable airtight X-ray radiation protection measures.
