CYS Disc Type Centrifuge Separator

We can achieve the delamination of light phase , heavy phase and solid phase, because these three items have the different density in the mixed liquor , and they also can't dissolve each other , then there will be different sedimentation velocity in the centrifugal force field and gravitational field. It is called gravity separation in the gravitational field, centrifugal separation in centrifugal force field
1.1 Gravity Separation
When the mixed liquor was poured into the sedimentation basin, the solid particle with high density would sink slowly because of earth's gravity, then the liquid would become clear, the small -density liquid would appear on the topside. The gravity separation need a long time and a large  area, but it will become hard to separate when the density difference is small and viscosity is large. (see Chart 1-1)  

1.2  Centrifugal Separation

When the mixed liquor was poured into the drum which is whirling with a high speed, the different -density polycomponent would be forced into a circle under the centrifugal force. The solid particle with high density will move outside and gather on the wall of rotary drum, the liquid with small density would keep in the inner layer..Centrifugal Separation and gravity separation have the same result, but centrifugal separation may cost much shorter time, because the centrifugal force which come from drum's high speed rotating is far stronger than the gravity force.

1.3  Separated Space

There are a set of discs in the revolving drum of disc separator, then it can greatly shorten the Settlement distance and improve the separating effect

The move route of particle C in the separated space is as the picture show
Any limit particle that is between A and B can be separated if it can arrive the surface of the disc in this route

1.4  Separation Way
According to the operating requirement, this machine has two separation ways, one is clarify type which is also (liquid-solid two phase), the other one is purification type ( liquid-liquid-solid three phase)
