II. Microwave source system : The microwave source system is composed of a magnetron, a high-voltage rectifier, a high-voltage power supply and a high-speed cooling fan. The system uses long-life and high-reliability 2M210 series industrial-grade magnetrons, which are placed in the diagonal direction on the left and right sides of the microwave cavity. Microwaves are introduced into the microwave heating cavity through the feeding port. The special feeding method and specially designed heating cavity ensure the uniform distribution of microwaves. Intelligent electronic control system: The electronic control system consists of two parts: the electrical part and the intelligent control part. The electrical part includes a microwave source, a fan, a sensor and a power supply for the control part. The intelligent control system is the data control and processing center of the entire equipment, which transmits the physical parameters fed back by other systems through sensors to accurately control the normal operation of the vacuum furnace.

III. Over-temperature automatic protection system: The automatic protection system is the guarantee for the safe operation of this product. When the microwave source system causes over-temperature and over-current due to abnormal faults, the microwave source system automatically cuts off the independent microwave source branch power supply.
