I. Use and scope of application
This instrument is designed and manufactured according to the requirements of T 0632-1993 "Liquid Petroleum Asphalt Distillation Test" in JTJ 052-2000 "Testing Rules for Asphalt and Asphalt Mixtures of Highway Engineering" of the People's Republic of China. It is applicable to the provisions of T0632 standard Test method to determine the fraction content of liquid petroleum pitch.
Technical parameters:
- 1. Working power: AC (220 ± 10%) V, 50Hz.
- 2. Flask cover: It is made of iron sheet, the surface is black-plated, equipped with a wooden handle, there is a notch on the opposite side of the handle to allow the branch tube of the distillation flask to pass, a rectangular observation window is opened on the flask cover, and the window frame is transparent. Slice of mica.
- 3. Distillation flask: Hard glass, heat resistant above 500 ºC. The ball diameter of the bottle is ф102 ± 2.0mm, the neck of the bottle is 25 ± 1.2mm thick, and the branch and the bottle are at an angle of 75 ° ± 3 °.
- 4. Thermometer: 0 ºC ~ 360 ºC, 1 degree of division.
- 5. Condensing tube and support: The condensing tube is made of ф12.5 ± 0.5 glass tube, and it is erected with two supports.
- 6. Heating thermostat: It consists of a heating electric furnace and a thyristor temperature control circuit box. The power is 1000W / 220V and the heating rate can be adjusted.
- 7. Measuring cylinder: The measuring cylinder is 100 ml, and the graduation is 0.5 ml.
- 8. Guide tube: Made of thick glass (about 1 mm), horn-shaped, with a bending angle of about 105O, the inner diameter of the large end is 18 mm, and the inner diameter of the small end is not less than 5 mm.
- 9, electric furnace gasket: made of silicon carbide, the outer diameter of Φ105mm, the inner diameter of Φ50mm, Φ30mm two kinds.
- 10. Ambient temperature: -10 ºC ~ + 35 ºC.
- 11. Relative humidity: ≤85%.
- 12. Power consumption of the whole machine: not more than 1100W.
