Working principle:
The content of ATP in living microorganisms is relatively constant. This swab determines the ATP content by detecting the luminescence value, so that the content of living microorganisms in the sample can be determined. This swab has two structures. A cotton swab is connected to the lower part of the connector of the surface swab, and the cotton swab contains bacterial lysate of microorganisms such as lysing bacteria; the lower part of the connector of the water sample collector is connected to a straw-type water sample collector. Bacterial lysate containing microorganisms such as lysing bacteria. The swab tip contains an enzyme reaction solution that reacts with ATP to emit light. The sample on the surface of the object is collected by a cotton swab or a liquid sample is collected by a water sample collector, which acts with the bacterial lysate to release the ATP in the microorganism, and then mixes with the enzyme reaction solution to generate reaction luminescence, and the luminescence value can be read by the instrument.
