A Crush Tester is used to test corrugated cardboard boxes and other packaging materials, to carry out a variety of paper quality tests, including RCT, FCT, ECT, PAT and CMT. It's an integrated instrument. Cartons are stacked due to shipping needs, so the tolerance of the weight load depends on the properties of the cardboard. This instrument can be equipped with various fixture accessories to test crush strength of the base paper, the flat/edge crush strength of the cardboard, etc., so that paper product manufacturers can control production costs and improve product quality.
