Application:
1. The dual-machine dual-system control is adopted to make the instrument work more stable. The compatibility between the microcomputer and the single chip system is good. The test software fully supports the Windows platform. The standard RS232 serial interface is used between the microcomputer and the single-chip system. It has the characteristics of simple wiring, reliable transmission, long transmission distance and low failure rate. English menu-style operation interface, easy to operate and easy to learn. 2. The whole test process is automatically completed by the microcomputer control system, and can also be separated from the characteristics of the microcomputer work. It meets the requirements of GB/214-2007 "Method for determination of total sulfur in coal". 3. The product adopts color touch screen as human-computer interaction component. It is easy to adjust and display intuitively during the experiment. It has real-time self-diagnosis fault and fault handling step prompt solution. 4. The measurement time can be automatically determined according to different coal samples, about 5min. The system error is directly corrected by software, and the measurement result is superior to the national standard, with good repeatability and high accuracy. 5. Adopt advanced PID (proportional, differential, integral) temperature control algorithm, accurate temperature control, high temperature control accuracy and fast heating rate. It adopts non-contact switch with hardware over-temperature protection and electrolyte anti-backflow measures, which is safe and reliable. 6. The instrument program controls automatic temperature rise, temperature control, sample delivery, sample removal, electrolysis, calculation, and the results are automatically saved, printed, and the work done by the operator is just a sample. The measurement results can be stored for a long time and can be queried and printed. The software uses a dynamic graphical interface for intuitive and easy operation. 7. The system places the high temperature furnace, magnetic stirrer, air purifying device, electrolytic cell, automatic sample feeding mechanism and single chip control circuit in the same chassis reasonably, so that the whole system is beautiful, small in size, and the system is convenient to place and connect. The system operation and daily maintenance are simple.
