The laser particle size analyzer is suitable for particle size measurement and analysis of various powders, suspensions and emulsions, and has been widely used in universities, scientific research departments and enterprises. The PTT-1200 series laser particle size analyzer adopts the full-scale Mie scattering theory and is designed to meet the international technical standard ISO-13320. It has absorbed the advanced experience of particle size testing in Britain, the United States, Germany and other countries, and all indicators are at the domestic leading level.
The laser particle size analyzer adopts the full-scale Mie scattering theory, which fully considers the optical properties such as the refractive index of the measured particles and the dispersion medium, and inversely reports the particle size distribution data of the particle group according to the variation of the scattered light intensity at different angles.

1.He-Ne gas laser source is used, the wavelength is 0.6328 micron, the wavelength is short, the line width is narrow, the stability is good, and the service life is more than 25000 hours, which can provide a stable laser source signal for the system.

2.The photoelectric detection system has unique design, high sensitivity, one main detector and multiple auxiliary detectors. It adopts non-uniform cross three-dimensional fan-shaped matrix arrangement, and the maximum detection angle reaches 135 degrees, which fully guarantees the comprehensiveness of signal detection.The optical path adopts a range design, which has a unique convergence path and reduces the Fourier lens group, which makes the measurement range wider, the resolution is higher, and the optical path is free. The ultrasonic dispersion system of the laser particle size analyzer is capable of sufficiently dispersing the sample to be tested. 3.Test data can be processed by averaging, statistics, comparison, and mode conversion. It has various formats such as differential distribution, cumulative distribution, standard grading, R-R distribution, custom grading, by item grading and quantity distribution. In the range of 0.02~2000 microns, the default classification is 130. In the range of the range, the classification can be customized from 1~130.
4.There are particle size distribution graphs and particle size data charts in the test report. There are characteristic parameters such as D10, D50, D90, average particle size and specific surface area. There are four custom parameters to input according to the needs.
