There are many types of ester based fluids and several are widely as used as
lubricants, as hydraulic fluids and/or as lubricant additives. Examples include
phosphate esters, diesters and polyol esters. These are used because they have
performance and/or safety advantages over just mineral oil based fluids.

 

Chemically, phosphate esters can be called organic salts of orthophosphoric acid
O=P(OH)3.

 

Applications: 

Phosphate ester Fire-resistant Oil Purifier (oil purification, oil recycling, oil treatment, oil regeneration, oil filtration

Specially used for rebirth handle of fire-resistant oil used for speed adjustment system of 300 thousand kw and up steam-electric power unit. In full view of phosphates feature, stainless steel and special seal material were used, which ensures the device well stay with phosphate, no leakage, no eroding, autocontrol, low temperature on-line operation, pure physical purification, no secondary pollution. It is widely applied to phosphate ester fire-resistant oil system and mechanical equipment (oil filter machine). The purifier body is made of acid and dissolving resistant stainless steel; filter element and seal are made of materials, which are compatible with fire-resistant oil.
