Application:
Series TY oil purifier can be commonly used for on-line turbine oil filtration in electric , metallurgical, and chemical industries. It is good at demulsification, degasification, dehydration and removal of impurities, soap, gelatin, acid, pigment and metal particulates in emulsified turbine oil and low-viscosity lubricating oil, as well as turbine oil used in machinery and electric power equipment.so as to improve the oil quality to ensure a normal work of the generator sets adjustment and lubrication system.

Features:
1. With capabilities of dehydration and demulsification, TY oil purifier can easily separate the great moisture and tiny moisture from the used oil. Because of the special demulsification device (water separator), the emulsified oil could become transparent after treatment.
2. With the strong ability of removing impurities, offered by the big-cubage, reinforced accurate filtration material, the machine can eliminate the tiny particles from used oil and replace oil system clean device so as to make seriously polluted oil system recovered and meet "the operating turbine oil pollution control standard"
3. Automatic, safe and reliable operation. This model is used float ball level automatic control device to realize complete automation, leading to a simple and stable operation.
4. TY series is specially fit to filter turbine oil, hydraulic oil and the low viscosity oil containing lots of water or tiny particles which need to be precisely processed.
5. With advanced infrared oil level control system and pressure protection device, the operation is simple and safe.
6. TY can purify all kinds of turbine oil used in steam turbine and water turbine online and onsite.

7. Air cooling system helps in cooling down air and gases from the flash distillation column so as to extend the service life of vacuum pump and prevent inconvenience of water cooling.

8. TY also adopts interlocked protective system, which connects oil pump, heater, and oil level sensor so as to prevent blank pumping, oil leakage and electricity leakage. If there is any fault, machine will be power off automatically.
