High Pressure Pneumatic Deadweight Tester

Application:
1.Piston pressure system components, novel structure, anti-collision, tool-free disassembly, easy to clean the piston system, replace the sealing ring, convenient, fast and safe.

2.The piston displacement data is collected by two eddy current sensors, and the circuit system converts the data and displays it on the LCD screen, which makes the displacement observation more convenient and accurate.

3.The piston display system adopts a 3.5-inch color display screen, which shows the displacement of the piston rod.

4.Equipped with a quick interface of the meter seat (M20×1.5), which can be used for sealing test.

5.The regulator is maintenance-free and easy to operate. Reasonable handle design, personalized design according to the hand posture.

6.The main body is made of 12mm thick aluminum alloy plate, which is firm and stable. The oil storage capacity of the oil cup is 400ml, which can be customized according to customer needs, which is convenient for calibrating large-scale sensors. The cup is equipped with an oil filter device. The pipeline at the meter seat is directly connected to the oil cup. The device ensures the cleanliness of the oil entering the piston system, avoids the blocking and damage caused by the dirty oil entering the piston system, and even causes the piston rod to be stuck and broken.

7.The oil circuit system has the function of sewage discharge, and the maintenance and cleaning process is more concise and convenient.

8.The piston display part is equipped with an on-off key and a displacement calibration button. Quick instructions for the use of displacement calibration can be displayed on the screen by operation, which is convenient for customers to use.

9. The small area and small weight piston has been successfully developed and tested, and has been put into production. It is more convenient and easy to use and greatly reduces the labor force.
