Application:

COP Series Edible Cooking Oil Recycling Machine can quickly remove water content, gases, particles,residues and harmful pigment etc in the oil, improve the quality and purity of the oil. This product is suitable to purify the lubricating oil, heavy diesel oil in power plants, ships, large machinery equipment and treat edible rapeseed oil, tea oil, peanut oil etc.






Features:
1. Powerful ability to remove impurities, can remove fine particles in the oil by the precise filter material in large area and deep level.
 

2.Pure physical treatment to dehydrate, degassing, removing impurities and decolorizing the oil, without affecting the components and performance of the oil.

3. Advanced condensation system, using large power and large volume industrial fan, Equipped with aluminum heat ex-changer with large heating exchange area, with good effect, fast condensation.

4.The machine is equipped with pressure protection, automatic temperature control heating, automatic level control, automatic separation of the condensed water drainage device, on-line operation, simple operation, safe and reliable.

5.Adopts high quality filter material, large amount of sewage, corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance, high mechanical strength, in addition to impurities, high precision, long service life.

6.Unique degassing and dewatering system: using three-dimensional evaporation technology, multi-level oil-water separation technology,can rapidly separate water, gas and impurities in the oil.
