Application
This instrument is designed and manufactured according to the oil industry standard ASTM D942, SH/T0325 "Lubricating Grease Oxidation Stability Test". The standard specifies the determination of the oxidation stability of greases using the oxygen bomb method. This standard is applicable to the determination of the oxidation resistance of greases stored statically in oxygen-enclosed systems under elevated test temperature conditions.
Features
1.the instrument is mainly composed of experimental body, stainless steel oil bath, electric mixer, digital temperature control device.
2. The temperature of the stainless steel oil bath can be controlled by the digital temperature control table, which can visually display the set temperature and the actual temperature. It is easy to set the temperature and correct the temperature difference. At the same time, a speed-adjusting stirring motor is used to make the temperature inside the bath uniform.
3.the temperature is controlled by a PID temperature regulator equipped with PT100A probe, over temperature alarm;
