Vacuum Distillation Range Detecting Equipment  Under Standard ASTM D1160

 

DIL-0165 ASTM D1160 vacuum distillation testing equipment is designed and made as per the industrial standard of People's Republic of China SH/T0165-92 Test Method for Distillation of High Boiling Point of Petroleum Products at Reduced Pressure. It is suitable to determine the distillation characteristics of high boiling point petroleum products, such as wax oils, lubricating oils etc.
Feature 

1.It is desktop structure. It is composed of distillation test part and vacuum process part.
2.The power of the heating furnace can be adjusted continuously. It equips a cooling device to make the heating furnace cool down rapidly after determination, cconvenient for next test.
3.Good effect vacuum pump. The max residual pressure is 2mmHg.

Structure & Features

1. Vacuum pipe and joint: connected to vacuum pump. 

2. Pressure gauge connecting pipe and joint: connect pressure gauge.

3. Vacuum regulating valve: adjust the vacuum degree. 

4. Lighting: lighting in the studio. 

5. Glass gate: inside the gate is the air bath of the receiver measuring cylinder, which can be opened for test operation.

6.Heating furnace: electric heating furnace

7. Distillation flask: the sample is placed on the heating furnace.

8. Thermometer: glass

tube thermometer, inserted in distillation flask. 

9. Fixed plate of distillation flask: fixed the bottleneck of distillation flask together with the fixed strip under the fixed plate. When the electric furnace is lowered, the distillation flask will not fall down. 

10. Heating furnace lifting knob: on the right side of the instrument, it is used to adjust the height of the heating furnace. 

11. Vacuum pump: external vacuum pump, used to reduce pressure during instrument test. 

12. U-type vacuum manometer:mercury manometer is formed after mercury injection (mercury is purchased and filled by the user) There is a scale under it as the reading scale of mercury manometer. 

13. Temperature control meter: control the temperature of the air bath of the measuring cylinder of the receiver. 

14. Temperature sensor: temperature detection sensor of temperature control meter. 

15. Receiver measuring cylinder: Volume 100ml, receiving distillation 

16. Voltmeter: display the heating voltage, and then reflect the heating power. 

17. Lighting switch: turn on the switch, and the light in the working room will be on. 

18. Cooling switch: turn on the switch, and the cooling fan of heating furnace will work. 

19. Power switch: turn on the switch, and the instrument is powered on.
20. Heating adjustment knob: adjust the working voltage of the heating furnace.
