Carbon Black Residue tester is developed according to the technical requirements stipulated in GB/T3780.21 and ASTM D1514. It is used to measure the sieve residue (500μm, 150μm, 45 μm, etc.) The 45μm sieve residue of white carbon black (precipitated hydrated silica) and the coarse particle fraction of acetylene carbon black can also be used for the determination of sieve residue in other powder materials.
Feature
This device has the characteristics of small size (equivalent to 1/4 of the volume recommended by ASTMD1514 standard), easy operation, and the filter screen of the water filter is not easy to be blocked. The water filter is made of stainless steel, and the water filter cartridge is used to filter the flushing water source. The filter is designed with a sewage hole to discharge impurities larger than the coarse filter mesh; the water nozzle is an internal swirl type, which is directly installed inside the pipeline, and the spraying state Well, it is easy to rinse and has no hindrance to the sample. The filter plate is a combined structure, which ensures that the pore size of the 325-mesh screen does not deform, prolongs the service life, and is very convenient to use.
