Introduction
TP-6100A Insulating oil dielectric loss and resistivity tester complies to ASTM D 924, IEC and GB/T5654-2007 Liquid Insulating Material Relative Permittivity, Dielectric Loss Factor And DC Resistivity Measurements. Used for measuring the dielectric loss factor and DC resistivity of insulation oil and other liquid insulating medium. The instrument is characterized by integrated structure, and integrates the dielectric loss of grease cup, temperature controller, temperature sensor, dielectric loss test bridge, AC test power, standard capacitor, high resistance meter, DC high voltage source and other major components. The instrument adopts intelligent automatic measurement, equipped with large screen (240*128) LCD display. Test results can be automatically stored and printed out so that the operator without professional training can use it easily.
Features
> Oil cup uses a three-electrode structure in line with GB / T5654-2007, the inter-electrode spacing of 2mm, can eliminate the impacts of stray capacitance and leakage impact on the dielectric loss test results. It has a drain solenoid switch, you can drain all the sample oil in the oil cup without removing the oil cup and rinse the oil cup with sample oil.
> The instrument uses mid-frequency induction heating, PID temperature control algorithm. This heating method has some advantages, eg, oil cup and heating body non-contact, heating evenly and quickly, also easy to control, thus the temperature strictly controlled within the preset temperature range of error.
> Internal standard capacitors for SF6 inflatable three-pole impact of capacitors, the capacitor dielectric loss and electrical capacity are not affected by ambient temperature, humidity etc to ensure that the instrument is still consistent accuracy after prolonged use.
> AC Test Power Supply with AC-DC-AC conversion, effectively prevent affecting of the dielectric loss test accuracy for the mains voltage and frequency fluctuations, even the generator generate electricity, the instrument can also run properly.
> Complete protection. When there is over-voltage, over-current, short-circuit for high-voltage, the instrument can be quickly cut off the voltage and warning. When the temperature sensor fails or is not connected, the instrument will give a warning message.
