This instrument is suitable for the density determination of molded or extruded non-porous non-foam material, and it is also the necessary equipment for testing the density of molded and extruded materials of ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (PE-HUHMW).

1. Modular design, embedded structure. Bath inner liner body is made of 8mm thickness high permeability resin material processing, embedded and installed in the metal outer cover, good insulation effect of inner liner, high transparency, strong resistance to shock and deformation, beautiful and generous appearance, good displayability.
2.High precision control system. Adopt high-precision single-chip power regulation control method for temperature control, with heating and cooling system, stirring using split external drive internal spray stirring method, not only to ensure the temperature uniformity of ± 0.1 ºC, but also effectively avoid the vibration of the bath.
3.Easy to operate, complete configuration. Simple operation, convenient test, equipped with all test-related apparatus such as: light liquid bottle, heavy liquid bottle, gradient column tube, glass float, magnetic stirrer and other corresponding test accessories.
4.Humanized design. With salvage device module, salvage specimen, glass float speed is not more than 10mm/min, effectively ensure that the density gradient liquid is not destroyed by the salvage, eliminating the liquid preparation process of each test and improving the work efficiency.
