Product Description

ZYD-M mobile transformer oil purification plant

(ZYD-M Series)

 

Removes Water from 100 ppm down to 10 ppm and from 50 ppm to 3 ppm in a single pass (ASTM method D-1533)

Reduces Gas content from fully saturated with air (10 to 12% by volume) to less than 0.1% (ASTM D-2945)

Removes Particulate Matter to 5 microns as standard or down to 0.3 micron (optional)

Improves dielectric strength up to 75 kV

Function

ZYD-M is outdoor usage mobile type double stage vacuum transformer oil purifier equipped with trailer which can move long distance, and equipped with weather proof, dust and water resistance enclosure. It is applied for heating, filtering, drying and degassing of contaminated insulating oil used in transformers, mutual inductors, circuit breakers and switches. It is specially suitable for on-site installation, maintenance and purifying high level new oil, or running oil from big power transmission and distribution equipment and transformers on national main power transformation grid, which is above 110-750KV.
 

 

The unit can carry out oil treatment, vacuum oil injection and cyclic hot oil drying in the installation and maintenance of transformers.
With our special regeneration unit, it can change black color to original color and recover other oil properties.
