Product Description

Application:
This filtration plant COP-D is designed on the base of COP series. It is special for filtering waste cooking oil; It removes impurity, odor,black color, water, acid and alcohol etc from oil completely and effectively. Treated cooking oil color is yellow and limpidity, oil is good smell. This filtration plant is suitable for food factory, cooking oil factory, vegetable oil factory, it can help factory reclaim remnants oil. Also, COP is a good filtration machine prior to bio-diesel oil production. The plants are designed for the following applications:  

It removes impurity, odor, color, water, acid and alcohol etc from oil completely and effectively by degassing, dehydration, filtering and discoloring process.

This plant composed by two parts, one is the vacuum oil purifier, and other one is oil discoloring system

Adopt back flushing system, which can clear impurities automatically.
3. We uses stainless steel filter element which has a good function in anti-corrosive. Especially, the precision of eliminates impurity is high and the service life is long. Also, it has a large volume for storing the impurities.
4. The unique degas and dewater system: Using the 3D-Evaporation technical and thin film evaporation, which can separate the trace water, soluble water and gas from the oil quickly by the Multi-level water-oil separation technology.
