ZKCC Series Double-Stage Vacuum Pump System
Series ZKCC Vacuum Pump System is not only designed to pump air and other non-coagulable and non-corrosive gases, but also widely applied in various vacuum systems requiring high pumping speed and low or high vacuum states. For instance, Vacuuming operation for vacuum drying and vacuum oiling of a large-scale power transformer; vacuum impregnation of power capacitors and transformers; the creation of dynamic vacuum in vacuum melting, RH-Vacuum degassing, vacuum sintering, and large space simulation test; degasification needed in automatic production line of daylight fluorescent lamp tubes and bulbs; continuous degassing of the thermos glass liner; pre-vacuum operation required by vacuum coating equipment; degassing in magnesium reduction process; and degasification in refining single-crystal silicon process etc.

2. Adopting domestic and international famous vacuum pump and roots pump, the working vacuum can reach 10 Pa, and the ultimate vacuum can even reach 1 Pa.
3. GIS interface can be reserved according to customer's requirements, and the vacuum degree can be set intelligently.
4. Equipped with special vacuum gauge to accurately indicate the vacuum degree.
5. Customers could choose weather-proof protective housing (Enclosed Vacuum Pump System).
