The salt spray corrosion tester is mainly used to test the corrosion resistance of the surface treatment of various materials, including paint, electroplating, inorganic and coated membrane, anodic treatment, anti-rust oil and other anti-corrosion treatments.
1. Digital display controller with full digital circuit design, accurate temperature control, long service life, and complete testing functions;
2. The display interface is dynamic when working, and there is a buzzer alarm to prompt the working status; the instrument adopts ergonomic technology, which is convenient and simple to operate, and is more humanized;
3. With automatic/manual water adding system, the water level can be automatically replenished when the water level is insufficient, and the test will not be interrupted;
4. The temperature controller uses digital display, and the error is ±01. ºC;

6. The laboratory adopts direct steam heating method, the heating speed is fast and uniform, and the standby time is reduced;

8. Control System:
The laboratory heating tank adopts a liquid expansion safety temperature controller. Two kinds of water adding systems, automatic and manual, are adopted to automatically or manually replenish the water level of the pressure barrel and the laboratory to prevent damage to the instrument due to water shortage and ultra-high temperature.
9. Demisting System: clear the salt mist in the test chamber when the machine is shut down, and prevent the corrosive gas from flowing out and damaging other precision instruments in the test room.
10. Safety Protection Device:
a. When the water level is low, the power supply will be cut off automatically, and the safety warning light device will display dynamically.
b. When the temperature is over, the power supply of the heater will be cut off automatically, and the safety warning light device will display dynamically.
c. When the water level of reagent (salt water) is low, the safety warning light device will display dynamically.
