II.Working Principle
Claw-style vacuum pump is a clean dry vacuum pump. With the change of volume, there are suction and exhaust ports in the left and right rotors of the shelf. With a pair of claw-type rotors, it rotates backward, sucks while exhausting. As shown in the figure 1, the tip part of the rotor divides the pump chamber into two completely closed parts: the suction chamber and the exhaust chamber. Inhalation process: When the rotor rotates to the position of Figure (2), it begins to inhale the gas. The rotor rotates about 200 degrees until the inlet is closed. As Figure (4), the inhalation ends when the rotor continues to rotate to the horizontal position. At this time, the exhaust and suction ports are completely closed, forming a completely closed vacuum chamber.
Exhaust process: When the rotor rotates to the position shown in Figure (1), the gas inhaled in the previous cycle will be double compressed. When turning to position (3), the exhaust port opens and starts to exhaust until turning to position (4), the exhaust port will be closed, and the suction chamber is fully filled with gas, because the suction and exhaust are carried out at the same time. Therefore, the pump continuously sucks and exhausts as it rotates at a constant high speed.
III.Application Area: 1. TSD dry seal (claw-style) vacuum pump is suitable for vacuum 1Pa acquisition environment. It is widely used in scientific research laboratories, petrochemical, pharmaceutical, pharmaceutical intermediates, food, photovoltaic electronics, metallurgical and mining industries. 2. Due to the condensation and compression characteristics of the pump, the suspicious organic solvents (ethanol, benzene, gasoline, butane) can be collected step by step by step from the outlet after the condensation of the pump chamber, which can realize full recovery and reuse, so it is more energy-saving and more environmentally friendly.

The above curve indices are measured at the inhalation air temperature of 20 ºC, atmospheric pressure of 101310Pa (760 mmHg) and air humidity of 70%, which should be determined according to different working conditions. 2. Low pressure is the value of air partial pressure measured by compressed vacuum gauge at the inlet of the unit when the pump mouth is sufficiently pumped under sealed conditions without any container. 3.
