ASTM D874:Standard Test Method for Sulfated Ash from Lubricating Oils and Additives The instrument is designed and manufactured in accordance with the requirements of the People's Republic of China Standard GB/T2433 ASTM D874, and is applicable to the testing of sulfate ash in additive concentrates containing additives and lubricating oils in accordance with GB/T 2433 ASTM D874. The instrument has a lower limit of 0.005% for sulphated ash.
