Application:
This machine is mainly used for precision filtration of mechanical impurities for various engine oil, lubricating oil, machinery oil, hydraulic oil, insulating oil etc. It can also be used for oiling in long distance and high lift. For operation environment which requires explosion-proof machine, JL-Ex type is designed accordingly. The explosion proof classes are ExdBT4 and ExdCT4 respectively. It can meet requirement in various dangerous environments.

It's operation needs high degree of cleanliness of hydraulic oil. The filtration screen of the equipment itself can not fully satisfy the needs to remove the large amount of mechanical impurity when the oil is in use as well as little moisture requirement. JL portable oil filtration machine owns three-stage filtration and heater. Also the adsorbent can not only remove the impurity but also the trace moisture.
