This GF Tubular Centrifuge Separator is used for separating various liquids that are difficult for separation, especially adapt for liquid-liquid separation, liquid-liquid-solid separation, liquid-solid separation. It's widely used in pharmacy, healthy food, drinks and chemical industries, etc. Such as edible oil, coconut oil, vegetable oil, transformer oil, turbine oil, lubricating oil, fuel, grease, saponification, all kinds of powder, and sugar paste. It also can be used in separating blood plasma of biological leechdom, extracting blood plasma from animal's blood; refining soaking placenta, multi-phenol tea, and concentrated phosphatide from soybeans; purifying ejiao; separating oil and handling sewage, various kinds of medicine, etc
This centrifuge is a high-speed separator with strong separating capacity, as an intermittently operated centrifugal equipment, composed of the main body, driving unit, bowl, liquid collector tray, and feed liquid bearing seat. The upper part of the bowl is the flexibility spindle and the lower part is the floating damper bearing. The spindle is coupled by coupling seat buffer and the driven wheel. The motor passes the dynamic force to the driven wheel through driving strap and tension pulley, thus for the bowl to rotate around its own axis at high speed, to form a strong centrifugal force field. The material is injected inside from the liquid inlet on the bottom. The centrifugal force compels the material liquid to flow upwards along the inner wall of bowl, and to be separated due to densities of different ingredients of material liquid. GF model is a separating equipment where there the liquid phase of large density is formed into outer ring and the liquid phase of small density is shaped into inner ring, to flow to the top of bowl, to be discharged out from their respective liquid outlets. The micro solids settle on the wall of the bowl and are to be manually discharged after the machine is shut down.
