Petroleum Product Distillation Range Apparatus
(TP-M6536D, twin-tube type)
Application
This distillation range tester is designed and manufactured according to the requirements of GB/T6536 "Petroleum Product Distillation Measurement Method" (equivalent to ASTM D86), applicable to the distillation determination of gasoline, aviation gasoline, jet fuel, special boiling point solvent, naphtha,diesel, distillate fuels and similar petroleum products.
Structure

(1) Temperature control meter: display and control the temperature inside the condensation tank.
(2) Voltmeter: control the voltage of electric furnace.
(3) Observation window: observing the distillation of the sample in the beaker.
(4) Distillation flask: containing a sample.
(5) Thermometer: measure the temperature of the oil sample in the flask.
(6) Outflow port: the distillate is dropped into the measuring cylinder from this outflow port.
(7) Stirring motor:stir the bath liquid in condensing tank to make the bath temperature uniform.
(8) Fluorescent lamp: used for lighting.
(9) Measuring cylinder: store and test the distillate.
(10) Switches: control the work of each road.
(11) Electric hob:heat the flask.
(12) Adjustment knob: adjust the lifting frame and the height of the flask. |
Characteristics
(1)The distillation heating part is composed of independent circuit control box. The user can adjust the heating power according to different requirements.
(2)The control box is made of cold-rolled steel plate with an observation window on the upper front and an electric furnace inside. The circuit control part is installed in the lower part of the box.
(3)The electric furnace part is composed of a silicon carbide hob, a 1200W/220V electric heating wire and a high temperature resistant silicon carbide plate. The position of the electric furnace can be adjusted by the lifting adjustment knob on the control box to adjust the relative position of the distillation flask and the condensing nozzle. Its heating power is controlled by voltage regulation.
(4)The condensate tank is made of thick stainless steel plate with built-in heating, temperature measuring and stirring device, which is the common water tank of the distillation condensing system. The condenser is used independently. The mixing device is motor driven impeller rotating type.
(5)The size of the condensing pipe meets the requirements of GB/T 6536.
