TP-L200 Series air jet sieve is designed to measure the size limit or particle size distribution of powders. It is a sieve analysis instrument for lab use and divided into:

Principle

Advanced electronic turbine generator and negative force work together to give powerful negative air jet that  drives  the  particles  from   the  nozzle  then  upwards  until  collision  with   the  top  sieve  cover. De-agglomerated  particles  is  re-vacuumed  back  towards  the  sieve  cloth. Smaller  particles  pass  and accumulate in vacuum or sample collector, bigger particles stays on sieve cloth. A satisfying sieving process is thus accomplished. Size limit with one sieve or particle size distribution with multiple sieves.

TP-L200 Economic air jet sieve meets basic requirement on powders by negative pressure sieving principle. Put powder into the instrument, start vacuum and timer on the touch panel at the same time to perform air jet sieving. During test pressure is shown in real time and adjustable , instrument stops automatically. It features easy operation, touch panel timer and automatic stop. Touch panel shows real-time pressure and adjustable during test.
