Overview

TP-100S portable intelligent density meter is a technical cooperation product with a German high-tech company. The instrument is equipped with a high-precision imported density sensor with stable performance and convenient use. The measuring depth is 0.12m-25m. It has applied for a technical patent in 2016.
This instrument is a portable instrument used to measure the density of various liquids or liquid mixtures. It has been widely used in various industries such as water treatment, petrochemical, food processing, pharmacy, dairy products, archaeology, mining and shipping.

Working principle and structure

The main structure of JPD-100S portable intelligent density meter is shown in the picture.

1) Straight rod type, measuring depth 190mm~670mm;
2) Cable type, measuring depth 300mm-25.0m.

It is mainly composed of built-in density sensor, temperature sensor, signal line, intelligent controller, etc.
The meter measures the density and temperature signal of the liquid through the built-in sensor probe, and the signal is transmitted to the intelligent controller through the signal line, and the original signal is processed into a readable operation through the signal conditioning circuit, multi-channel AD conversion circuit, and CPU intelligent processing unit Density value, temperature value and many other parameters, and memorize 200 sets of data measured recently.
