Application
Series TYD oil purifier is special designed to treat high water content oils such as lubricant oil, crude oil, engine oil, hydraulic oil, turbine oil, fuel oil, diesel oil and freezing machine oil, as well as other lubricant oil which require to have large amount of water to be removed and impurities to be eliminated by precise filtration.
According to the oil's nature of high water content, it is equipped with a high effective vacuum dehydration system, with big capacity to separate a lot of water from the oil. This machine can not only remove mass water, but can also remove trace water and impurities with high precision. It adopts the technologies of film evaporation and molecule evaporation, so it is easy to break the emulsification. The treated oil is limpid.
Features
1.It has high capacity of water removal and demulsification , which could remove large amount of water and minimal amount of water from oil.
2. It adopts film evaporation and molecule evaporation technology, which enables quick demulsifying, and makes the turbid and emulsified oil become limpid and clear.
3. The film evaporation and molecule evaporation technology is of long service life (above 20 years), which avoids periodic filter replacement and also reduces the cost of purification and the intensity of work.
4.With strong impurity removing capability, its automatic backwash filter element can remove a large amount of impurities in the oil while the precise filtration materials can remove the granules in the oil serving as an oil cleaning system, which brings serious contaminated oil system back to the "steam turbine oil contamination control standard".
