Engine oil introduction:
Basic function of engine oil: Antifriction, lustration, cooling, seal and anticorrosion
Performance of engine oil:
1. Fine oxidation stability, not easy to form paint film and carbon.
2. Fine lustration dispersing.
3. Good viscosity-temperature performance, high viscosity.
4. Good corrosion resistance, abrasion resistance and anti-pubescence.
5. Good low temperature resistance.
The engine oil mixed with water or cooling fluid, fuel, soot, carbon pledge, dust and over wear to produce metal particles and insoluble and soluble oxides that result from oxidation are easy to be aging and deteriorated. Using aging and deteriorated oil will make piston ring felt, oil way blocked, corrosion and sediments added to aggravate abrasion. So the engine oil must be filtered in time to recover the oil's property, save money and oil resource.
Application:
TYA series oil purifier is used to purify the waste engine oil and all other lubricating oil, it can be efficient for removing the abrasive dust, foundry sand, impurities, moisture, organic acid and inorganic acid from the waste engine oil, and remove carbon particles, deteriorated oxide etcparticulates from waste engine oil, and also remove gelatins and asphalt from the oil. It can break the emulsion and improve the color of the oil, make the purified oil's color approximate to the new oil, recover the oil's property and improve the engine oil's operation performance, reduce the abrasiveness, to assure the engine oil lubricating system operate normally, prolong the service life of the gas engine and the oil. It can save the cost of oil and save the fuel resource. It can be widely used in oil field, mine, metallurgy, electric power, traffic, manufacturing to filter hydraulic oil, machinery oil, cooling oil and engine oil which is used in vessel and automobile for oil regeneration purification treatment.
Characteristics:
1. Strong ability of filterating impurities. Refered to the characteristics of the waste engine oil: Heavy particle sand, much impurities, badly dirty oil, it combines magnetic filteration with densification filtration step by step.
2. It choose continuously treatment idea, and this will enhance the efficiency and save producing cost a lot.
3. It can remove the water and other harmful air in the oil.
4. Adopted step air-cooling and waste air filtration to deal with the mixed air which is pumped. Increased the equipment's effectvie output, prolonged the life-span of the vacuum pump. It is not only protecting the vacuum pump, but also protecting the environment.
5. The system has the advantages of pressure mechanical filtration, vacuum filtration, centrifugal filtration. It is not only overcome the disadvantage of plate oil purifier, but also can reduce the acid, degassing and breaking emulsion that normal vacuum oil purifier and centrifugal oil filtraion can not do.
6. Adopted advanced fuzzy oil tempurature device, set upper and lower limits of the oil temperature discretionarily. It makes the oil temperature control come true at the section to avoid heating alternating contactor working frequently, prolongs the service life of the contactor.
