The laser particle size analyzer is suitable for particle size measurement and analysis of various powders, suspensions and emulsions, and has been widely used in universities, scientific research departments and enterprises. The PTT-1200 series laser particle size analyzer adopts the full-scale Mie scattering theory and is designed to meet the international technical standard ISO-13320. It has absorbed the advanced experience of particle size testing in Britain, the United States, Germany and other countries, and all indicators are at the domestic leading level.
The laser particle size analyzer adopts the full-scale Mie scattering theory, which fully considers the optical properties such as the refractive index of the measured particles and the dispersion medium, and inversely reports the particle size distribution data of the particle group according to the variation of the scattered light intensity at different angles.
The constant temperature bath is a round cylinder with four holes and a organic glass cover. The temperature in the bath is evenly distributed with good temperature control effect.
The heater and guide tube are made of stainless steel, which is corrosion-resistant and durable.
It adopts digital temperature control system and totally new technology anti-integral saturation PID temperature controller. During the heating process, there is no flushing temperature or very small flushing temperature, and the temperature control accuracy is high. It is equipped with the most advanced device SSR at home and abroad with advantages of no contact, no noise, no spark, vibration resistance and long service life.
The capillary viscometer adopts three-point vertical type, which is flexible and convenient in operation and reliable in clamping.
Advanced electronic ballasts and ring-shaped fluorescent tubes don't need starter, which start quickly and has good visibility with advantages of no flickering, no noise, and long service life.
