Industrial Lube Oil Purifiers
TYA Vacuum Oil Purifiers
TOP designs and manufactures vacuum oil purifiers for most industrial lubricants. The TYA process removes gas, particulate, and significant amounts of free water contamination. TOP's high efficiency vacuum dehydration process removes up to 7x more water per pass than typical "mass transfer" vacuum oil purifiers on the market. The 300 series family is targeted for lube oil reservoir service where water contamination is a common (or potential) problem.
Water contamination from seal failure can force costly outages and lost production. Properly sized, the TYA can be used to offset significant water ingression problems, allowing the repairs to take place during scheduled maintenance outages. Equipment payback can be immediate.
Features
1. Double primary filters structure, three-stage filtration system (primary filter, seconday filter, fine filter) with gradually incresing filtration precision, removing impurities as much as possible.
2. Large area three-dimensional flash distillation technology, removing gas and water efficiently.
3. Strong ability of demulsification, separating oil and water efficiently.
4. Humanized design, all necessary control buttons and indicator lights are equipped on the control panel which provides easy control for operation and supervision.
5.High-efficiency electric heating system, controlled by automatic constant temperature controller, heating the oil uniformity, avoiding oil deterioration, less power consumption.
6. Equipped with double-infrared oil level controller: During the running of the machine, it will control the oil pump start and stop automatically, ensuring the balance between oil inlet and outlet.
7. Equipped with pressure controller: During the running of the machine, if the working pressure exceed the setting value, the machine will stop running automatically.
8. Equipped with emergency stop switch: During the running of the machine, if there has any emergency situation, the machine will stop running immediately.
9.Interlocking protection mechanism, connecting vacuum pump and heater, avoiding blank pumping, blank heating, safe and reliable.
Working Principle
When it starts working, the used oil will be poured into the heater to heat under the vacuum pressure, then the heated oil enter into the primary filter which will eliminate the big impurities, then the oil enter into the vacuum separator, the oil will flow the special radiation device, which make the unit/volume oil to produce a large surface area, lets the pollution oil exposure in the low humidity atmosphere, thus the water, air and gas can be eliminated. The treated vapor and gas form the gaseous mixture becomes the liquid through the water tank and the chiller condensation, then the liquid enters water receiver together, the vacuum extracts the surplus gas.
The oil which is drained away water flow into precision strainer where can exhaust particulates (oil purification). According the quantity of the water content, a whole purification needs many times circulation to drain away the water.
