Application:
 

The instrument is designed and manufactured according to the requirements of the People's Republic of China GB/T 17144"Measurement method for residual carbon in petroleum products (micro method)" and ASTM D4530 for the determination of carbon residue in petroleum products.The range of residual carbon measured by the instrument is: 0.10% (m/m) to 30.0% (m/m). The holding product of carbon residue exceeding 0.10% (m/m) is equivalent to the measurement result of Kang's carbon residue method (GB/T 268).This instrument is also suitable for petroleum products whose residual carbon value is less than 0.10% (m/m) and consists of distillate oil. However, 10% (V/V) distillation residue should be prepared by gb/6536 method first, and then used. This instrument is measured.

 

Overview of Working Principle

The instrument adopts a single-chip control system to command the coordinated operation of each component according to a preset procedure.The machine can receive the balance data; it can automatically control the experiment process according to the standard requirements: the temperature is raised at a constant rate of 10 ° C ~ 15 ° C and finally the temperature is constant within the range of 500 ° C ± 2 ° C;Automatically adjust the flow of nitrogen as required;Automatically perform various actions according to the timing, and each step will have different sounds, prompting the user to progress the experiment.The instrument is designed as a full Chinese interface. At the bottom of each interface, there are current operation prompts. The user does not even need to read the manual. Just press the current prompt to test.

System Composition:

Main control board: Sigle-chip system, which controls the coordinated operation of all parts of the whole machine.

Nitrogen control system: Automatically adjust two different nitrogen flows according to standard requirements, 150ml/min or 600ml/min.
