Carbon Rod High Temperature Furnace

II. Features:
1. The shell is made of high-quality cold-rolled steel plate, the surface is sprayed with plastic, and the furnace door adopts a side-opening structure, which is flexible in opening and closing.
2. The medium-temperature box-type furnace adopts a closed furnace, and the electrothermal alloy wire is used as the heating element to make a spiral shape, and then coiled in the four walls of the furnace. The furnace temperature is uniform during heating and the service life is prolonged.
3. The high-temperature tubular resistance furnace adopts high-temperature combustion tubes, and silicon carbide rods are used as heating elements to be installed inside the furnace jacket.
4. The high-temperature box-type resistance furnace uses silicon carbide rods as heating elements, which are directly installed in the furnace, and the heat utilization rate is high.
5. The insulation materials of this series of resistance furnaces are made of lightweight foam insulation bricks and aluminum silicate fiber cotton, which reduces the heat storage and thermal conductivity coefficient, shortens the heating time of the large furnace heat storage, and reduces the surface temperature rise.
The loss rate of the empty furnace is small, and the power consumption is also greatly reduced.
6.The controllers are divided into: pointer type, intelligent type, and microcomputer multi-band temperature control type.
