The ring block friction and wear testing machine uses the method of line contact sliding friction to test the friction and wear performance of the sample. Working principle: the active part is a standard rotating ring, and the passive part is a fixed standard size rectangular block. The bearing capacity of lubricant and the friction and wear performance of friction pair materials are evaluated by measuring the width of strip wear mark on the rectangular block of passive test piece under different loads, as well as the friction and friction coefficient between friction pair materials. It can be used to evaluate the lubrication performance of all kinds of lubricants under the condition of immersion lubrication, especially for the simulation evaluation of anti scratch performance of middle and high grade automobile gear oil, and it can be used to study the wear performance of all kinds of metal, non-metal materials and coatings.
The machine is of frame structure, controlled by servo motor and loaded by lever. The test parameters are set up in units, easy to operate, and the test readings are accurate and reliable. The machine adopts integrated structure design, The computer, software, industrial control module and actuator are combined in one frame to complete the control of the whole experiment process. Oil and grease testing equipment. It is mainly used to test the bearing capacity of lubricating oil and distinguish the extreme pressure performance of lubricating oil. Extreme pressure performance is indicated by OK value. A steel test ring is driven to rotate by the test shaft on a steel test block. The test ring is installed on the horizontal shaft and the test block is installed in the test block frame. The lubricating oil flows to the sample ring at a certain temperature, and the main shaft of the testing machine drives the sample ring to rotate. The pressure between the test ring and the test block is borne. By observing the abrasion on the surface of the test block, the maximum load OK value without abrasion can be obtained. It is used to evaluate the friction performance of lubricating oil and grease.
