Series ZYB Insulating Oil Recovery Purification Regeneration Equipment (ZYB-150)

Application
Series ZYB is applied to purify and regenerate the used insulating oils, including transformer oil,  switch oil, circuit breaker oil, capacitor oil, mutual inductor oil in power generation plants, transformer stations, electric transmission and supplying companies, factories, mines and railway transportation, etc. It can be used as a special equipment for electric power transformer maintenance. Not only can it remove water, gas, and other impurities from the oil, but also it can remove oxide materials and free carbon in deteriorated oil to lower the PH value, improve its breakdown voltage and quality and recover the oil color. Having been treated, the insualting oil can reach international standard and recover from its original function.
 
Features
 1. Apart from the common vacuum oil purifier's function of dewatering, degassing and eliminating   impurities, this machine can regenerate the seriously deteriorated oil by removing the polarity materials, such as deep oxides and free carbon in the oil effectively. It can make the seriously deteriorated oil reach the normal index like anti-oxides, acid- alkali water-solubility.

2. Three ways of using: the vacuum dewatering, degassing and impurities removing system can work independently, so can the regeneration oil system. They can also work at the same time.

3. The performance and lifetime of insulating oil will be improved and prolonged awfully after purification and regeneration.

4  It has a high-efficient degassing and dehydration system.

5.It has precise multi-stage filtration system, high-quality filter element, big capacity of containing pollutant, and fine filtration from one stage to the other.

6. Special absorbing agent is used to remove free carbon and water-soluble acid so as to improve flash point, acid value and dielectric property of oil.

7. It has safe electric heating system with swirling heating element and merits of quick heating, constant and even temperature.

8. Chain safe protection system, pressure protection device, interaction of oil inlet and heating, infrared oil level control system, all help to avoid damaging from incorrect operation.
9.Obvious effect on deteriorated insulating oil treatment, is suitable to transformer oil purification onsite and online.
10. It is convenient for vacuum pumping and oil filling to transformers.
 
Advantages

It can not only remove water, gases and impurities from the unqualified insulating oil and improve voltage withstanding value, but also can remover many values to the national standard such as the acid value, PH value etc. Meanwhile, it can filtrate out the free carbon, deep oxides and so on to comprehensively improve various properties of insulating oil.
